Is your bookkeeping actually costing you time and money?

Answer five quick questions and get a clear picture of where your records stand right now.

WHAT I DO

What I handle on your behalf

From monthly reconciliations to VAT returns and cloud software setup, I take care of the numbers so you can focus on your work.

01

Monthly and Quarterly Bookkeeping

I keep your income and expenses recorded accurately, your accounts reconciled and your records ready for tax. Whether you run a sole trader business or a limited company, everything is handled personally by me. You get clear, up-to-date books every period without lifting a finger.

Sole traders and limited companies
02

VAT Returns and Making Tax Digital

I prepare and submit your VAT returns directly to HMRC, including MTD-compliant submissions through QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Xero or Sage. From 6 April 2026, sole traders with qualifying income over 50,000 pounds must use Making Tax Digital for Income Tax, with lower thresholds following in later years. I make sure you are set up correctly and filing on time before those deadlines land.

03

Cloud Accounting Setup and Management

If you are still using spreadsheets or a shoebox of receipts, I can move you onto cloud accounting software that makes record-keeping straightforward. I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and FreeAgent Partner, and I work comfortably in Xero and Sage too. You do not need to know the software yourself, I set it up and run it for you.

WHY IT WORKS

Why clients come back every year

Three things that make working with me different from a large firm or going it alone.

You always deal with me directly

There are no junior staff, no handoffs, and no explaining yourself to a different person every time you call. I am the one doing your bookkeeping, and I am the one who picks up when you have a question. That kind of consistent, one-to-one relationship is rare, and it matters when your finances are involved.

Fixed fees with no surprises

You agree a fixed monthly fee upfront, so there are no hourly bills arriving after a busy quarter. Hidden charges are one of the most common complaints people have about outsourced bookkeeping services, and I made a deliberate choice not to work that way. You know what you pay and what you get.

A response the same day, not next week

When a client has a question about a transaction, a tax notice, or an upcoming deadline, I respond the same day. Most people who come to me have previously waited days to hear back from their accountant or bookkeeper. That is not how I work, and clients notice the difference quickly.

GETTING STARTED

How it works

Getting started is a short conversation, not a long form or a complicated onboarding process.

01

Book a free call

You book a free, no-obligation call through the contact page. There is nothing to prepare beforehand. We talk through your current situation, what you need and what has been causing you headaches. I am not going to judge you for a messy set of records.

02

I review your current setup

After the call, I take a look at what you have in place. Whether that is a folder of receipts, a half-finished spreadsheet or software you have not touched in months, I work out what needs doing and give you a clear, fixed quote.

03

I get your books in order

Once you are happy with the quote, I start bringing your records up to date. I set up or connect to the right cloud software, categorise your transactions and make sure everything is reconciled. You do not need to do anything technical.

04

Ongoing monthly bookkeeping

From that point, I handle your bookkeeping on a regular basis, every month or quarter depending on your needs. You get accurate, up-to-date records and a same-day response whenever something comes up. No chasing, no surprises.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Common questions

Fees vary depending on how many transactions you have each month and whether you need VAT returns included. I work on fixed monthly fees so there are no hourly surprises. The quickest way to get a clear figure is to book a free call and I will give you a straight answer.
Yes, and you would not be the first. Most people who get in touch have been putting their bookkeeping off for months, sometimes longer. Whatever state your records are in, I can work through them and get things straight. There is no judgment here.
I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and FreeAgent Partner, and I work in Xero and Sage as well. If you already use one of these, I connect to your account. If you are not using any software yet, I set up the right one for your situation and handle it from there.
From 6 April 2026, sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over 50,000 pounds must keep digital records and submit quarterly updates to HMRC under Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. Lower thresholds apply from April 2027 and April 2028. If this affects you, I make sure your bookkeeping is MTD-compliant well before the deadline.
