I assess your business and recommend the right platform, whether that is QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Xero or Sage. I handle the full setup, connect your bank feeds and make sure everything is running before I hand it over. You do not need any technical knowledge to get started.

From 6 April 2026, sole traders and landlords must use compatible software to submit quarterly updates to HMRC under Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. I make sure your cloud accounting software is MTD-ready and that your submissions go in on time, every quarter. You will not have to think about the deadline.

I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and FreeAgent Partner, and I work regularly with Xero and Sage. That means I can give you an honest recommendation based on your business, rather than pushing one platform. If you already use a particular tool, I can work with that too.

We talk through your current setup, what software you use if any, and what your business actually needs. There is no obligation and no sales pitch. I just need to understand where you are starting from.
I recommend the right platform
Based on what you tell me, I will recommend QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Xero or Sage and explain why in plain English. If you already have a preference or an existing tool, I will work with that.
Setup and migration
I handle the full setup including bank feed connections, opening balances and any data you want to bring across. You do not need to move anything yourself. I confirm everything is correct before going live.
Ongoing support at a fixed fee
Once your cloud accounting is running, I manage your bookkeeping, reconciliations and MTD submissions on a monthly or quarterly basis. You get same-day responses when you have a question and a fixed monthly cost you can plan around.
