Founder & Director

Luke began his accounting career in 2017, driven by a passion for helping small business owners understand and take control of their finances. He completed his AAT Level 4 qualification in 2020, earning his FMAAT designation and building a broad base of practical experience across a wide range of industries.

After seven years working in practice, Luke founded Anchor Accounts & Books to create something he felt was genuinely missing in the market: a one-to-one accountancy service where every client gets direct, personal attention from a qualified professional — not a rotating door of staff.

Based in Uttoxeter, Luke works with clients remotely across the UK, fitting around their schedules and treating their businesses with the same care he’d want for his own.
