Every pay run triggers a Real Time Information submission to HMRC. I file these on time, every time. If HMRC query anything, I deal with it so you do not have to.

Auto Enrolment and Pension Administration

I handle your auto enrolment obligations, including worker assessments and pension contribution calculations. Declaration of compliance and re-enrolment cycles are managed as part of the service. No employer should be caught out by auto enrolment rules.

GETTING STARTED

How it works

Getting payroll sorted is straightforward and I guide you through every step.

Book a free call

We spend 20 to 30 minutes on a call talking through your current payroll setup, how many employees you have and what is not working. No obligation and no sales pitch.

I review your current position

I look at your existing PAYE scheme, payroll history and any software you are using. If anything needs tidying up before we go live, I tell you plainly what it is and how we fix it.

Payroll goes live on your schedule

Once everything is in order I take over your payroll on the agreed date. RTI submissions are filed, payslips go out and auto enrolment obligations are met. You do not need to do anything.

Ongoing support as your business changes

New starter, leaver, salary change or a letter from HMRC? Message me and I handle it. Your payroll is looked after every month, not just at year-end.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Common questions

Yes. Most clients come to me part way through the tax year and that is not a problem. I pick up from wherever you are, reconcile what has been submitted so far and carry on from there. If there are any historical errors, I will spot them and tell you what needs correcting.
You message me and I respond the same day. I am not a call centre and there is no ticketing system. If something urgent comes up around a pay run, I prioritise it. That is the practical difference between a one-to-one service and a large payroll bureau.
Yes. Auto enrolment is included. I assess your workers, calculate the correct contributions and manage the pension submissions. Re-enrolment and declaration of compliance are covered too. You should not have to think about this separately.
It happens more often than you might think. We start with a review of what you have and work out what is missing. I am not here to judge how things have been done before. The aim is to get your payroll accurate and compliant going forward.
